Evidence-informed therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, and relationship difficulties.
Are you struggling and not sure where to turn?
Maybe you’ve been dealing with depression that drains your energy and motivation. Or anxiety that keeps you on edge and makes it hard to feel confident. Perhaps you’re carrying the weight of past trauma, navigating relationship difficulties, or facing a major life transition that’s left you feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
You don’t have to figure this out alone. Therapy can help you understand what’s happening, develop practical tools for change, and find your way forward.
How I can help:
I work with people facing a wide range of challenges, including:
- Depression – persistent sadness, loss of interest, low energy, hopelessness
- Anxiety – excessive worry, panic, difficulty relaxing, social anxiety
- Trauma – from sexual, physical, or emotional abuse, accidents, or difficult workplace experiences
- Relationship difficulties – conflict, disconnection, communication problems
- Grief and loss – navigating the death of loved ones or other significant losses
- Life transitions – career changes, becoming a parent, identity questions
- Stress management – workplace pressure, procrastination, emotional overwhelm
- Anger – when it’s affecting your relationships or quality of life
What to expect in therapy:
Our work together will be collaborative and tailored to your specific needs. In our initial sessions, we’ll explore what’s troubling you and develop a clear plan for addressing it. Therapy isn’t about me telling you what to do—it’s about us working together to help you understand yourself better, develop healthier ways of thinking and feeling, and take meaningful action toward the life you want.
Some clients come to therapy to address a recent difficulty. Others are tackling long-standing problems that won’t seem to go away. Either way, therapy can help you make the changes you’re looking for.
My approach:
I use an integrative, evidence-informed approach drawing from cognitive-behavioural therapy (CBT), dialectical behaviour therapy (DBT), gestalt, psychodynamic therapy, attachment theory, and developmental psychology. This means we’ll address your whole experience—your thoughts, emotions, and even how stress shows up physically.
Real change is possible. Sometimes it comes relatively quickly. Sometimes it takes sustained effort. Either way, I know how to help you get there.
